Ho-Oh GX SM57 Promo*Blurry Black Ink/High Gloss* (Ultra Rare) (Exc Condition)

Description

What is going on with this card, hard to describe.  The black ink is a bit smeary giving the card a bit of a blurry effect.  The gloss also seems a bit glossier than normal.

If we didn’t pull this card, we would have tossed it as a fake!
